RETURNS
 

We want you to love every item you buy from Vegan Vibes! Due to the nature of our products (many of which are perishable or frozen), we currently do not accept returns on food items unless:
 

  • The product arrived damaged or expired

  • The wrong item was delivered


If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description.


REFUNDS


Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same method of payment or as store credit.

Non-perishable items (e.g. pantry goods) may be returned within 2 days if unused and in original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
