Thank you for shopping with Vegan Vibes Online Store. We strive to provide a convenient shopping experience, including reliable delivery services to ensure your groceries arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within Harare for all orders placed online or via WhatsApp.

Please note that certain remote areas may be subject to delivery fees or longer delivery times.
2. Delivery Times, Delivery Slots

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered same day (where possible), orders placed after 12pm will be processed and delivered the following day.

Please note, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and delivered the following Monday. (notice will be given for any delayed or undelivered orders).

Deliveries will be made within 2 timeslots that you choose from upon checkout, between 9am and 12pm and 12pm and 2pm.
3. Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address with payment. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery the driver may attempt redelivery later (where possible).
4. Missing or Damaged Shipments:
