Made with sourdough and freshly milled whole rye,  Amaranth & Quinoa Rye bread is wheat-free, high in fibre and contains no added yeast.


Both amaranth and quinoa are native to South America and are naturally high in protein, making our rye bread a nutritious and tasty choice.

Light and soft in texture, it is ideal served with a variety of sweet and savoury toppings, why not try topping with creamy peanut butter and banana or smashed avocado, lime and tomato.
